Hosted PBX for Business: Platform Plans Plus Simple Per-Minute Usage

TX3 Communications is a Washington-based hosted PBX provider. Your phone system runs in the cloud, so extensions, call routing, auto attendants and voicemail are managed from a web portal instead of a box in a closet. Use desk phones, a mobile app or a desktop app, and keep your existing business numbers.

What Is a Hosted PBX?

A PBX is the system that gives a business its extensions, call transfers, voicemail and phone menus. With a hosted PBX, the provider runs that system for you in the cloud and your calls travel over your internet connection. VoIP is the technology that carries the calls; a hosted PBX is the full business phone system built on it.

TX3 is built on a proven system, trusted by thousands of businesses. You get a phone system that is managed for you, with a support team you can reach by phone, email or live chat, 24/7.

What Every TX3 Hosted PBX Includes

These are the core hosted PBX features behind every TX3 system. See the full features page for call recording, reporting and more.

Auto Attendants

Greet callers and send them to the right person or department. Auto attendants are included for every customer; the number you can set up depends on your plan.

Call Queues and Ring Groups

Keep busy periods under control with call queues, and ring several people at once with ring groups so fewer calls go unanswered.

Voicemail-to-Email

Voicemail messages are sent to your inbox so nobody has to dial in to check them. Included for every customer.

Smart Call Routing

Route calls by time of day, department or custom logic, with after-hours and holiday rules.

Mobile and Desktop Apps

Make and receive calls on your business number from a phone or computer, with the same caller ID your team uses at the office.

Web-Based Management

Add users, update greetings and change call rules from your browser, without waiting on an IT ticket.

Number Porting

Keep your existing local and toll-free numbers. TX3 handles the porting paperwork with your current carrier.

24/7 Support

Reach a real person by phone, email or live chat at any hour.

Phones: Buy From TX3 or Bring Your Own

TX3 supports Polycom, Yealink and Cisco SIP phones, and these models are in production today. You can buy phones from TX3 or bring your own compatible SIP phones. If you prefer not to use a desk phone, the mobile and desktop apps work with the same extension.
